Visiting Beşiktaş Wheelchair Basketball eked out a 71-67 win over the Izmir Metropolitan Municipality at the Celal Atik Sports Hall in a Week 14 action.

After taking a 21-13 lead by the end of the opening quarter, the Black and White went on to stretch it to 40-24 at the intermission. The Black Eagles continued to dominate in the third and were up 61-35 heading into the final quarter of play. The home team roared back to life in the fourth and started the chipping away at the deficit with back-to-back threes. But, despite the pressure, the Black and White managed to hang on to emerge with a 71-67 victory. Besides a vocal crowd, the Eagles’ sponsors were at hand to support Beşiktaş throughout the game.
