They continued to outplay their hosts in the second to take a 32-28 advantage into the halftime intermission.
Banvit regrouped in the second half and knotted the score at 53-53 after three quarters of play.
The fourth and final stanza was real thriller with Haluk Yıldırım hitting 3 last-second free throws to send the game into overtime.
The home team stamped its authority in the overtime and emerged with a hard-fought 94-86 win.
