The long distance runners of Beşiktaş Women’s Tarck & Field Team competed in the third round races of Turkish Cross Country League.  

The races took place at the Duacı Köy Track in Antalya City over the weekend.  
In 6000m senior race, participated by 12 teams, the Lady Eagles finished second with 97 points.
Beşiktaş Bantam Team was placed third in the 2000m race, participated by 15 teams, with 88 points. 
4000m, 12-Team Junior race saw the Young Eagles end up 10th with a total of 254 points.
In the meantime, our Turkish record holder, hammer thrower Tuğce Şahutoğlu came 9th at the European Winter Throwing U23 Championship held in France with a distance of 58.64m.
