In Week 16 derby match-up, Beşiktaş Women’s Volleyball fell 3-2 to the visiting Galatasaray at the Cola Turka Arena.

The visitors took the first two sets by scores of 25-20 and 25-21 for a 2-0 lead in the match. The Lady Eagles bounced back to win the next two 25-23 and 30-28 to even up the score and send the game into a fifth set. But Galatasaray prevailed 15-10 in the tie-break to emerge with a hard-fought 3-2 victory.
