NECİP SEVER Although born in Balıkesir in 1961, Mr. Sever is originally from Uşak City. He has engaged in trading for many years and served on the boards of several prominent firms. After taking up managerial positions at the Young Beşiktaş Fans Association, he helped find “The Black and White Foundation,” where he serves as Honorary President.
