ORHAN SAKA Born in 1949, Çankırı, Mr. Saka completed the Architecture Faculty of Yıldız Technical University. His football career started at Karabük Gençlik. He then played for Okmeydanı, Sakarya Esnafspor and Dikilitaş. After hanging up his boots, he took up administrative positions in these clubs. He served on the boards of Istanbul Amateur Sports Clubs Federation and Amateur Sports Clubs Association of Turkey. He was a Board Member of Turkish Football Federation (TFF) between 1992-2000 and held office as Vice-President of TFF during 2000 and 2004. Married with two children.
