EMİN ÖNAL Born in 1957, Mr. Önal was a Beşiktaş Board Member responsible for the sports facilities and investments in the 1998-2000 Serdar Bilgili administration. During the same administration, he also served in the football department for two terms in a row before joining the Demirören Administration’s Player Transfer Committee in 2003.
