Beşiktaş’s veteran keeper Rüştü Reçber, who broke his nose in CSKA Moscow match, had a successful nose surgery today.

The surgery was performed by the Surgeon Burak Ertaş at Maslak Acıbadem Hospital.
“As you would all recall, Rüştü had his nose broken in our match against CSKA Moscow. He could’ve played like that until the winter break, but he then pulled a hamstring last week. Since he would be sidelined for 2-3 weeks, we thought it was the right time to get his surgery out of the way. His operation was a successful one, and he’ll ready to play after the winter break,” said the Club Doctor Devrim Urgun.
