Beşiktaş Cola Turka Men’s Basketbal, which is getting ready for the new season in Belgium, lost Base Oostende 94-79 in an exhibition game.

As a part of its preseason preparations, the Black and White is taking part in Schweppes European Trophy Tournament in Belgium. The Black and White took on Base Oostende of Belgium yesterday and suffered a 94-79 loss.
Staring the game with a first five consisting of Mire Chatman, Muratcan Güler, Haluk Yıldırım, Cevher Özer and Kevin Fletcher, the Eagles were down 28-22 at the end of the first and trailed 54-46 at the break. They continued their lackluster performance in the second half and fell behind 75-62 going into final quarter en route to a 94-79 loss.
 
Cevher was the top scorer for Beşiktaş Cola Turka with 21 points followed by Newley, who chipped in 13. Chatman (12), Muratcan Güler (9), Baxter (8), Kevin (7), Kerem (3), Ömer (3), and Haluk (3) were the other scorers of the Black and White.
