The Double-Cup victory of the Beşiktaş Football Team was celebrated at a memorable evening organized by the Gemlik Beşiktaş Supporters Association last night.

Our Vice-President Levent Erdoğan, Gemlik District Governor Mehmet Baygül, Gemlik Deputy Mayor Cemil Acat, Bursa Metropolitan Municipality Provincial Council Member Uğur Sertaslan, CHP Gemlik District President Cem Güler, MHP Gemlik District President Mehmet Kayaoğlu, Former Beşiktaş players, who played in the 1974-75 Turkish Cup winners squad, Mete Bozkurt, Kahraman Kartaloğlu Tuğrul Şener, Movie and Theatre actor Aykut Oray, Composer of Beşiktaş Marches Dr. Birol Can, Sports Journalists Hayri Ülgen, President of Gemlik Beşiktaş Supporters Association Ali Osman Alınca, Board Members of the said Association and a large group of Beşiktaş fans attended the dinner held at Sefa Life Restaurant in Gemlik Bay.
During the evening, while the Head of Gemlik Beşiktaş Association Ali Osman Alınca presented Vice-President Levent Erdoğan with a commemorative plate for his contributions to the dinner, Mr. Alınca received a special souvenir signed by the triumphant Black and White players from the Beşiktaş Vice-President. Furthermore, Mr. Erdoğan gave Gemlik District Governor Mehmet Baygül and Gemlik Deputy Mayor Cemil Acat a Black Eagle Stature. The disabled children of the Emircan Rehabilitation Center and their teacher who put on a show later in the evening were also awarded with Black and White jersey sets by the club. In addition to the money gathered from the auction of electric handicap car, Private Emircan Rehabilitation Center received 4 handicap wheelchairs from Gemlik Beşiktaş Supporters Association.
Before coming to the dinner, Vice-President Erdoğan visited the Gemlik Beşiktaş Supporters Association and the Private Emircan Rehabilitation Center. After having his picture taken with the disabled children, Erdoğan presented the Rehabilitation Center Manager Hüseyin Çıtlak with a Black Eagle stature in memory of his visit.
The quests listened to the popular sons of singer Coşkun Erdem and his group while singing along to the victory songs composed by Dr. Birol Can against a background of fireworks deep into the night.
