Our U-16 Men’s Volleyball Squad edged Ankara Halkbankası 3-1 in the final of Turkish U-16 Championship and captured the national title.

After winning all its three group matches, the Black and White beat İzmir Arkas 3-2 in the semifinal played in Afyon City to face Ankara Halkbankası in the final.

The Black Eagles took the first two sets with the identical scores of 25-22 but dropped the third with 25-20. They managed to win the hotly-contested fourth set 25-23 and the match 3-1 to become the national champions for 2008-09 season.
