After adding the Turkish Cup to their national league title with three straight wins at Antalya Muratpaşa Belediyesi Sports Hall, Beşiktaş Men’s Handball Team celebrated their triumph long and loud.

Branch Manager Bilal Eyüpoğlu, Coaches Müfit Arın, İlker Şentürk and Players Valeri, Oğuzhan and Ramazan shared their feelings with our website:
Bilal Eyüboğlu: “Following our third place finish in Europe, we managed to make it a league and cup double with a well-deserved victory over our formidable opponent here tonight. I am proud of my players; and congratulate everyone one of them for their season-long effort. After our football team’s triumph yesterday, this cup final victory tastes sweeter than ever.”
Müfit Arın: “This is our second major title this season and it has not been an easy one; we’ve had to work day and night to get this far. I dedicate this cup to all our fans.”
İlker Şentürk: “After capturing the league title, we’ve now added the Turkish Cup to our honor list. I’d like to thank all those who have played a part in our success this season, including our President and Board Members. We hope to be better than ever in the Champions League next season.”
Valeri: “At the beginning of this season, we were aiming at both titles. We’ve worked hard and achieved our objectives. We will continue to rewrite the Turkish Handball History next season. Keep watching us.”
Oğuzhan: “At the end of a tough season, we’ve managed to come up with two precious titles. My special thanks go to all our fans who did not leave us alone wherever we played this season; be it Romania, Ankara, Izmir or Istanbul. Without their support, we wouldn’t be able to achieve all these. I dedicate this Cup to them.”
Ramazan: “This season, we’ve had a very schedule but still reached all our goals. Next season is going to be more difficult than this one; but we will right up there with the rest.”
