Visiting Beşiktaş Men’s Handball lost 32-21 to UCM Sports Resita of Romania in the second leg of Challenge Cup Semifinals and bowed out of the tournament.

The Black and White, which made Turkish handball history by reaching the semifinals stage of the Challenge Cup, was paired with the last two years’ champion UCM Resita and played to a 26-26 in the first leg in Istanbul.
The formidable Romanian squad took a 16-10 halftime lead before rolling to a 32-21 victory which would carry them into the final third year in a row.
