In the aftermath of the Eskişehir match, our Technical Director Mustafa Denizli talked to the press:

“I think we were the better side in the first 45 minutes and had a couple of good chances to score but could not capitalize on them. But thanks to an outstanding performance by our substitute players, the match swung back our way midway through the second half. The strength of our bench is one of the things that make us dangerous; so we need everyone playing well off the bench. Although, we created more clear-cut chances in the first half, our finishing was much better in the second. We cannot afford to waste our chances at this stage since they are getting harder to come by each game. From now on, the team which remains calm and sticks to the game plan out there will have a definite advantage over the others. As a well-organized and tested unit, we have all the means to overcome any kind of late season challenges.”
