Before the start of Bursaspor match, Beşiktaş Jimnastik Club celebrated the April 23rd National Independence and Children’s Day at İnönü Stadium together with the subscribers of Young Eagle Magazine, players from its youth teams, and Beşiktaş High School students. The celebrations created a festive atmosphere inside the stadium and commemorated the Great Leader Atatürk once again.

A section of the stands was reserved for the subscribers of Young Eagle Magazine and Beşiktaş High School students who celebrated the upcoming April 23rd Day with great joy.
A special April 23rd band made of players from Beşiktaş Youth Organization and High School students marched inside the stadium to the music of tradional 10th Year March, accompanied by children carrying various banners and slogans:
- We Celebrate April 23rd with Pride and Joy
- We Are Proud to Be a Part of Atatürk’s Favorite Sports Club
- I am Proud of Being Turkish
- We Are Following Atatürk’s Footsteps
- Beşiktaş; You Are Everyting to Us
Then fans put up a giant banner that covered a good portion of the stands reading “As Atatürk’s Favorite Club, We Always Follow His Footsteps” while  the Black and White entered the pitch carrying their own banner that said, “We Celebrate World’s Children Day,” accompanied by 11 students.
