In the aftermath of the Sivasspor game, our Technical Director Mustafa Denizli talked about his team’s performance:

“If we had won this game, it would’ve given us a great advantage. But if you can not win, you should make sure that you secure at least a point; and that’s what we did out there tonight. Despite playing an away game, we managed to keep the point margin between us and League-leading Sivasspor intact. We looked much better in the second half and created more chances.

Since most of our other rivals also dropped points, I think it has been a fruitful week for us.

Due to the fact that both teams played as well as they could, the game deserved to end in a tie. I am satisfied with my team’s overall performance. As I said previously, we will see who is still battling in this tight race in a couple of weeks.”
