Our Technical Director Mustafa Denizli talked to the press after the 3-0 victory over Gençlerbirliği:

“Our recent Cup and League wins proves that we are on the right track and we want to retain this winning streak. Tonight, we played against a formidable side. They did everything to take points away from us, but we were ready as a team; and all my players performed extremely well. Since we’ve managed to raise the performances our bench players, it doesn’t matter who is on the pitch; they all put out a strong effort until the final whistle.
Tonight, we created a lot of clear-cut chances against a team who has been winning back-to-back lately. Scoring three goals against a defense that allowed the fewest goals in the last 5 games is not a small thing.  They also have some clutch players who can change the score at any time. Coming into the game, we knew it wasn’t going to be an easy one; but we were determined to win at all costs. We were the better side out there on all accounts and deserved three points. ’’
