‘‘Dear Beşiktaş Supporters,
We are extremely delighted and proud to have kept our word about the Fulya Süleyman Seba Complex that opened its doors to public with a magnificent ceremony in February.
I will always be grateful to our President Abdullah Gül, who, in show of his true colors, took time out from his busy schedule to attend the opening activities.
I also thank our Honorary President Süleyman Seba, who was instrumental in getting this giant project off the ground and wish him good health and a long life.
Our Administrative and Financial Meeting for 2008, which went smoothly as planned, not only strengthen my confidence in the community one fold but underscored the importance of unity in Beşiktaş. Of course, we have made some mistakes during our office period, but we’ve learned from our mistakes and kept an open mind to constructive criticism.
After these two joyous and gratifying events, I, along with the members of my executive team, have decided to make peace with all our critics and open a new chapter. If we can maintain love and unity among us, no one will be able to keep us from realizing our goals.
We believe brighter days are ahead.
