Beşiktaş Cola Turka could not completely recover from its shooting slump in the dying minutes and trailed, 62-61, entering the final stanza.

Ceyhan Belediye kept up the pressure in the fourth and increased the lead to 67-61 on a string of unanswered string of points by Marta Pierska and Michelle Campelle. There minutes into quarter, the Black and White finally shook off its dismal shooting with Branzova Erdenay’s 19-footer; then Liron Cohen converted a layup to slice the deficit to 67-65. But Hülya Özkan and Gülşah Akkaya combined for 10 points to extend the margin back to nine at 77-68 with 3.45 to play.
