Beşiktaş Cola Turka Men’s Basketball Team hammers Mersin Büyükşehir Belediyesi 93-72 at Akatlar Cola Turka Arena in Week 17 of the Beko Basketball League.

After Mersin Büyükşehir Belediyesi opened the scoring with a three –pointer from the top of the arch, the Black and White responded with two quick threes in a 7-0 run and then went on to build a 24-14 cushion by the end of the first quarter. Baxter and Chatman stepped up in the second and helped Beşiktaş Cola Turka stretch its lead, as the Black and White opened up a 16-point, 42-26, advantage at the half.
Mersin Büyükşehir tried hard to get back into the game in the third, but the Black and White played tenacious defense to lead 56-44 after three quarters. Thanks to a string of points by the hot-shooting trio of Cevher Özer, Baxter and Chatman, Beşiktaş Cola Turka widened the gap in the final quarter to walk away with a comfortable 93-72 victory.
