The visiting Beşiktaş Wheelchair Basketball Team wins season opener, 75-58, against İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi at İzmir Celal Atik Sports Hall.

The Black and White got off to a perfect start and was up, 22-9, by the end of the opening quarter. Beşiktaş continued its dominance in the second and built a 43-27 cushion heading into the locker room at the half.
The home team, İzmir Büyükşehir Belediyesi, showed some signs of life in the third and tenaciously sought to shave the deficit but still trailed 54-45 after three quarters of play. The Black and White never looked back in the fourth and sailed to a comfortable 75-58 victory to record its first win of the new season. 
A boisterous Beşiktaş crowd did not let our team walk alone in İzmir City and cheered the Black and White on throughout the entire game.
