Our Men’s Handball rolled over visiting Milli Piyango, 26-20, at Süleyman Seba Sports Hall in the second leg of the Turkish Cup and advanced to 4-team finals.

Milli Piyango got off to a fast start and reeled off back-to-back goals to establish a 5-goal lead midway through the first half. But the Black and White eventually tightened up on defense and rallied back to even the score at 8-8 with 8:00 left. Then, they managed to put together a late surge to take a 13-9 edge, going into the locker room at the half.
Beşiktaş carried their fast-paced momentum into the second half and continued to dominate the game. Taking advantage of Milli Piyango’s turnovers, they went on to build a 6 goal cushion at the halfway mark; and never let their visitors get closer than that, en route to a 26-20 victory.  With this well-deserved win, the Black and White qualified for the Turkish Cup finals.
