Beşiktaş and Bursaspor played to a goalless draw at Bursa Atatürk Stadium on Matchday 11 of the Turkcell Super League.

The match was refereed by Kuddusi Müftüoğlu and a one-minute pre-game silence was observed in memory of our last surviving Independence War Hero, Colonel Mustafa Şekip Birgöl who passed away recently.
The early minutes of the game was mainly played out in midfield with neither team gaining the upper hand. Beşiktaş played solid defense and fended off all early Bursaspor attacks before they materialized into anything serious. As the half progressed, the Black and White gained control and created some clear-cut chances but were unable to convert them. The teams went into locker room locked in a goalless draw at the half.
Beşiktaş kept up the pressure in the second half and came close to scoring on a couple of occasions but poor finishing prevented the Black and White from going ahead. As the game wore on, our Technical Director, Mustafa Denizli brought on Serdar Özkan, Bobo and Batuhan Karadeniz for Nobre, Holosko and Delgado to provide fresh legs up front; but the substitutions made little impact on the outcome of the game and the match ended in a 0-0 tie.
