Following Beşiktaş’s 2-1 victory over Trabzonspor, our Technical Director Mustafa Denizli made these comments regarding the game:

“I have to admit Trabzonspor dominated most the game but could not create too many chances. We played an effective counter-attacking football tonight, while our defense put forth a strong effort and managed to keep them at bay. If we were a little careful with our final passes, we could’ve score more goals. Anyways, after such a tight game, we are quite satisfied with this last-minute win.”
