Our Board Member, Hüseyin Yücel praised the success of Beşiktaş Women’s Volleyball Team and added, ‘‘By wining this prestigious Cup our team has made history. I would like to congratulate all those who have made it possible and hope to see the same performance in our upcoming league matches as well.’’  
‘‘As a team of firsts, we kept our word and brought the Cup to our museum. I would like dedicate this achievement to our President, Erdoğan Demirören, Board Members, Head of Volleyball Branch, Bülent Eriş and to all our fans out there. Despite being a fairly new team, we will work hard and make our presence felt in every game we play.’’ said our Head Coach, Bülent Karslıoğlu who had a lion’s share in Beşiktaş’s success.

Nataia Hanikoğlu:
‘‘We had a short but very useful training period for this tournament. It gave us a change to play together as a team for the first time.  We are delighted to win the Cup and dedicate it to all our fans. If they want to see us winning other cups, they have to come out and support us.’’
Tuba Meto:
‘‘We were aiming to grab this cup right from the start. It carried a special importance for us, because the tournament was being organized for the first time and we wanted to be the first to bring into our country. We are all happy to witness that we achieved our objective and made history. Soon, the Turkish league will get underway, and we must be ready for it. It is a long marathon and we need all the support we can get.’’    
İpek Soroğlu:
‘‘We put in a fairly good effort and worked hard to get this cup and definitely deserved to win it in the end. It is always nice to be the first on record books. Now we have to start getting ready for the Turkish League where we will face much tougher teams. But I am confident that this new team we’ll frequently make the headlines this season. I’ll do my best to be a part of it. I dedicate this title to all our fans.’’
