Our Men’s Handball Team has advanced to the second round of Turkish Cup as group leader by edging Police Academy, 32-29, in its last game. 

The Turkish Cup group games took place at the Prof. Dr. Yaşar Sevim Sports Hall in Ankara. After beating Artvin Ormanspor, 38-21, and Ankara İl Özel İdare, 39-21, previously, the Black and Whites took on always mighty Police Academy in their final group game.
Our boys carried a 19-13 cushion into the half and walked away with a 32-29 victory to finish first in their group.   
As one of the 8 teams that qualified for the second round, Beşiktaş now plays in the knockout stage with the winner advancing to finals.
