Beşiktaş 4- 0 Siroki Brijeg

Our Beşiktaş rout Bosnian side Siroki Brijeg 4-0 in the second leg of UEFA Cup 2nd preliminary round with goals from Uğur İnceman (14), Serdar Özkan (49), Bobo (59) and Tello (86) to advance to the first round of the Cup.

Having won the first leg 2-1 in Bosnia-Herzogavina, the Black and Whites stepped on the pitch with a significant advantage. The match was refereed by Rene Rogalla from Swiss Football Federation and a large Beşiktaş crowd boisterously cheered for their team through the entire game.
After weathering the visitor’s early storm, Beşiktaş took control and open scoring when Uğur Inceman sent in Serdar Kurtuluş’s pass with a hard drive at the 14 minute mark. After the goal, Siroki  Brijeg launched threatening attacks to level the score, but Beşiktaş defense held their ground and was able to keep the Bosnians out of the net. Our Black and Whites led 1-0 at the end of the first half.
Beşiktaş continued to shine in the second half and midfielder Serdar Özkan doubled his club’s lead in the 49th minute. The Black and Whites dominated the rest of the play, as they stretched their lead to 3-0 with a 59 minute Bobo goal. Tello closed the scoring for the home side with a clever finish 4 minutes from time, as Beşiktaş cruised to a 4-0 comfortable victory.
With this win the Black and Whites advanced to the first round of UEFA Cup.
