Our Handball Team took on the visiting Ankara İl Özel İdare at Süleyman Seba Sports Hall in Week 15 of the League and grabbed a 32-25 victory.

Both teams got off to a slow start and could not score until the 4th –minute mark. And then they began to trade goals but were locked in a 4-4 tie in the 9th minute. From that moment on, Oğuzhan stepped up and helped the Black and Whites gain control of the game. Meanwhile, Beşiktaş tightened its defense and prevented the Capital City representatives from getting open shots. Unable to score anything, Ankara İl Özel İdare started to commit costly turnovers and trailed 8-5 midway through the first half. The blue and white visitors fought back to cut the deficit with fast breaks but, consecutive goals by Ramazan and Teziç gave the host team a 15-12 edge at the halftime intermission.       
Our Team was able to carry its momentum into second half, as Utku, Bülent and Ramazan teamed up to open up a 6 point gap at the 39th minute mark of the game. The stubborn Ankara İl Özel İdare desperately tried to claw its way back into game but the solid Beşiktaş defense successfully withstood all comeback attempts by the visitors. With 6 minutes remaining in the game, the Black and Whites stretched their lead to 10 points, 30-20 and never looked back. They did not take their foot off the pedal until the final buzzer to come way with a comfortable 32-25 victory.
