Our Women’s Volleyball Team was edged 3-2 by the visiting Gaziantep Şahinbey Belediyesi at Beşiktaş Cola Turka Arena in a Week 10 match-up.

Gaziantep Şahin Bey Belediyesi won the hotly contested first set 30-28. The Lady Black and Whites came back to take the second set 25-21 and tie the score at one set each. But the formidable visitors cruised to a 25-17 win in the third set, pushing the overall score to 2-1. Refusing to surrender, Beşiktaş bounced back with its killing efforts to win the fourth set 25-20 and level the sets 2-2. The 5th and deciding set featured a thrilling duel between the two teams, but Şahinbey Belediyesi committed fewer errors down the stretch, hence won the tie-break set (16-14) and took the match with a score of 3-2.
