Our Beşiktaş Cola Turka Men’s Basketball picked up an 84-77 road victory over Mersin Büyükşehir Belediyesi at Edip Burhan Sports Saloon in the 19th week of the BEKO Basketball League.

Beşiktaş Cola Turka started out strong and built a comfortable 34-17 cushion at the end the opening quarter. The Black and Whites continued to shine in the second and went into the locker room with a 54-41 halftime lead.
In the second half, the home team pressed hard to cut the deficit but a solid Beşitaş Cola Turka defense prevented them from getting too close. The Black and Whites were up, 61-54 by the end of the third quarter. Beşiktaş Cola Turka survived a late fourth-quarter rally to edge their hosts from Mersin City 84-77.
For Black and Whites, Kaya Peker poured in 23 points followed by Shumpert who added 18. Apodaca (15), Cevher (11), Dalmau (11), Drobjnak (4) and Mehmet Yağmur (2) were the other scorers of Beşiktaş Cola Turka.
