Following our ULEP Cup victory against Portuguese Ovarense, Beşiktaş Cola Turka Men’s Basketball Team’ Head Coach, Mr.Ergin Ataman and our star players Kaya Peker and Onur Aydın made these comments regarding the game: 

Ergin Ataman: “We knew we were going to win. Our opponent had not recorded any win previously. We managed to build a healthy lead in the first quarter and never relinquished our advantage. It was a clear cut win and we truly deserved it. Now we must get ready for our next game against Chalon. If we can win that game, our remaining games will be much easier and we will probably end up finishing first in our group. We want to qualify from this group as a group leader and gain an advantage against our future opponents. And we will definitely need it. We thank all our fans who came out to support us tonight.” 
Kaya Peker: ‘‘We first aimed at securing the win and then we planned to build a sizeable lead. We managed to succeed both of them. We want to qualify from this group as a group so we cannot afford any surprise loss along the way. I am sure will end up winning our remaining group games.’’    
Onur Aydın: ‘‘It might have looked like an easy game on the paper. But all our group games carry same weight for us. We must play each one of them with the same intensity. We could have won this game with a bigger margin but it still is a valuable win for us. We want to complete this group with a perfect record and build an advantage for the next round.’’
