Beşiktaş Cola Turka Women’s Basketball Team hosted Çankaya University at Akatlar BJK Cola Turka Arena in the second week of TBBL and run away with a convincing 90 – 73 victory.

Both teams exchanged baskets during the early part of the game but hot shooting Black and White Ladies eventually gained the upper hand they would never relinquish. Relying mainly on fast-break points Beşiktaş Cola Turka jumped out to an early lead while its aggressive defense prevented visitors from scoring any easy baskets. Nilay Yiğit’s back-to-back 3 pointers helped home side close the first quarter up 29-15.
Beşiktaş Cola Turka Ladies carried their impressive momentum into second and took control of the game with timely baskets from in and outside the painted area. Supported by a solid defense, Black and Whites opened up a sizeable 51-31 lead heading to their locker room at the half and never looked back.
The second half saw Visiting Çankaya University dig in defensively and push hard to erase the deficit with fast attacks. Despite Brackett and Matalya’s consecutive baskets under the hoop, Beşiktaş Cola Turka regrouped quickly and staged a rally of its own to end the third quarter ahead 70-56.
Black and Whites maintained their dominance in the fourth as a late spurt fueled by their centers lifted them to a comfortable 90-73 victory.
