Following our 1-0 win against Gençlerbirliği which featured a classy and clever goal by Nobre, our players made these comments regarding the game played at BJK Inönü Stadium.

İbrahim Üzülmez: "It was a difficult but a must win game for us because we couldn’t afford any point loss. The whole team decided to forget about the loss to Porto and concentrate on this game. The victory was important for our future games. Maybe one day will achieve a long lasting winning run and meet our goals. Beşiktaş Fans have always supported us. After our game against Porto, there was a brief misunderstanding between me and the fans but it is all over now. I want to thank each and every one of them."
Ali Tandoğan: "After our loss to Porto, this game was crucial to us. We could have broken it wide open in the first half but we had to settle for a single goal. First of all, I would like to thank to our devoted fans because they did not stop providing enthusiastic support through the game.  In order to deserve their support, we are trying to give what ever we have on the field. We will continue to get better in our future."
Burak Yılmaz: "I have been sidelined for quite some time. But I think I took advantage of the chance to I was given and discharged my duties. I know I am not fit enough to play the entire game but I will cover this deficit with hard training. Nobre scored a brilliant goal today and we won the game. I hope I get to improve my performance in near future."
