Our new transfer, Argentine Federico Higuain arrived in Istanbul together with our General Secretary, Kenan Öner and General Manager, Sinan Engin.  Our fans welcomed Higuain enthusiastically. 

Expressing his extreme pleasure for the boisterous welcoming staged by the fans, ‘‘It was an unbelievable reception’’ said Higuain.
Reminding us that he came here solely to play good football, Higuain added: ‘‘I hope our fans will keep on supporting me so I can contribute to the success of Beşiktaş with my high level performance. To this aim, I will work hard and display whatever I’ve got on the field. I am confident that as a team we will put our signature under a lot of great achievements.’’
After voicing his pleasure for being with a great team such as Beşiktaş, Higuan continued:  "Beşiktaş jersey and its Black Eagle emblem means a lot to me. I hope, I will be able to provide additional power to my team by wearing this jersey.’’
He finished his words by saying "En büyük Beşiktaş" in Turkish.
