The latest transfer of Beşiktaş, Edouard Cisse signed his contract at BJK Nevzat Demir Facilities.

Signature ceremony was attended by General Secretary Kenan Öner; Ertunç Soğancıoğlu, Vice-President in Charge of Financial Affairs and our Head of Football Branch, Celal Kolot. 
In regard to Cisse’s transfer Our General Secretary, Kenan Özer stated that his transfer was a positive step for the club and this year’s transfer policy will be based on acquiring a midfielder and a defense player. Mr. Öner, stated that they transferred Cisse after a long research conducted by Celal Kolot and Mario Berk who went to Paris three weeks ago to finalize the said transfer. He also stated that this transfer was carried out with the approval of Coach Ertuğrul Sağlam just like the other transfers.
The new transfer Cisse expressed his pleasure for being a member of Beşiktaş and added: ‘‘I knew Beşiktaş was after me for a long time. They were very intimate all the time which influenced my decision. I wanted to continue my carrier at a well-known club who had a vision for future and that’s why I am here. Since Turkish League is very competitive, it will be a hard season for me. After Beşiktaş contacted with me, I was not interested in any other offer.’’
