Our Football Team posted a 3-0 unexpected loss to Bursaspor in the 32nd week of the Turkcell Super League.

The match was played at Bursa Atatürk Stadium and refereed by Bünyamin Gezer. Bursaspor went 1-0 up with Cumhur in the 11th minute as the game was stopped frequently due to the illegal tackles of green and white home team players.
During the ensuing mid-field struggle for establishing additional control following Bursaspor’s early, goal both teams created a lot of uncalled turnovers. However Sinan Kaloğlu from Bursaspor put Beşiktaş 2-0 ahead 7 minutes before half-time. Since neither team could change the score during remaining minutes, home team went to locker-room leading 2-0 at the end of first half. 
Black & Whites tried to get back into the game with an effective second half start but Gökhan Güleç wasted a golden opportunity in front of Bursaspor’s net to cut the deficit to a single goal. Nobre (50th min.) and Can Erdem (64th min) replaced Mehmet Sedef and Gökhan Güleç. Bursaspor’s Romanian player Frasineanu made the score 3-0 for the home side in 65th minute of the game. Shortly after our Technical Director Tigana made his final move and substituted Fahri Tatan  Koray Avcı (76th min), Beşiktaş was awarded with a penalty decision. However, our Brazilian Ricardinho having a quite an off-day missed his kick and squandered an opportunity for Beşiktaş to get on the score board. The game ended 3-0 in favor of Bursaspor.
