Beşiktaş Football Team lost its critical derby game 1-0 to its traditional rival Fenerbahçe in the 31st week of the Turkcell Super League. İbrahim Toraman was sent off with a direct red card in the 82nd minute of the game.

During the early minutes of this Istanbul derby, visiting Fenerbahçe displayed a more attacking football while Black & Whites preferred a control play. Beşiktaş defense could not handle Kezman who successfully flicked the ball over Runje in the 12th minute and gave visitors a 1-0 early lead that lasted until the end of the first half.  
Searching for a quick goal to tie the game, Beşiktaş made a fast entry into the second half. As a result of this constant pressure, the second half of the game was mostly played in Fenerbahçe’s half of the pitch. Following what looked like to be a legal tackle against Serkan, İbrahim Toraman received a red card and was sent off with 8 minutes from time.
As Beşiktaş's all attempts to even the score did not produce any goal, the game ended with 1-0 superiority of Fenerbahçe.
