In the 3rd game TBBL Semifinal Play-Off series played at Adnan Menderes Sport Saloon, home team Botaşspor narrowly defeated our visiting Beşiktaş Cola Turka Women’s Basketball Team and evened the series at 2-2.

Starting the match with both solid defense and highly efficient offense, Adana Representative took advantage our team leader Lovelace’s injury and took a 23-17 lead at the end of the first period. This advantage grew to 48-35 at first half’s final buzzer.
However, during the third period, Beşiktaş Cola Turca successfully slowed Botaşspor’s productive offense down and reduced the deficit to 8 points (58-50) thanks to consecutive baskets scored in a row. Despite of going ahead 70-69 with Braxton's baskets in the final minute, Black & Whites could not avoid a 72-70 loss at the end.
Following the game, our Coach Aziz Akkaya said Beşiktaş filed an official protest claiming that referees openly violated the rules because they did not prevent home team from playing with 4 foreign players in the decisive and final 4th period. Akkaya also pointed out he was not sure whether this player would be able to play in the replay or not.
