Following our 1-1 semifinal tie with Fenerbahçe in Kadiköy that sent us to the Fortis Turkish Cup Final, our players made these comments regarding the game:

Nobre: "When I headed the ball I knew it would go in. Reaching the final gave me more satisfaction than scoring a goal. I am glad to be part of this victory. I dedicate this goal to my family and our helpers in the Club who have supported me during my difficult times."
İbrahim Üzülmez: "I have been training hard for a chance to play in this game. I know that my physical condition still needs to be improved. However before all else I am quite delighted and relieved that we passed this difficult round."
İbrahim Toraman: "We started the game very impressively. Despite of playing an away game, we found too many scoring chances in the first half. We are all happy that we tied the game in extra time and reached the final in the Cup."
