After being outscored 90-63, Beşiktaş Cola Turka Women’s Basketball Team lost the cup to its traditional rival Fenerbahçe in the final of Turkish Cup.  

Tadım Turkish Cup games were played in İzmir Celal Atik Sports Saloon. Beşiktaş Cola Turka played against TED Kayseri Koleji in the quarter final game and reached semifinal after posting a 79-68 well earned victory over its opponent. 
Black & Whites met Ceyhan Belediyespor in the semifinal and after overpowering its rival from Adana City with a score of 85-4, earned themselves a place in the final against traditional rival Fenerbahçe.
Early part of the final staged a real hard contested game but Fenerbahçe nevertheless succeeded in registering a 16-12 lead at the end of the first period. However during second period, our Ladies began to face defensive problems and had real difficulty in stopping Fenerbahçe attacks. As an outcome of this weakened defensive performance, Fenerbahçe went to its locker room leading 37-25 at the half.    
Despite starting the third period with Stacey Lovelace's 3 pointer, the defensive troubles of Beşiktaş Cola Turka continued and Fenerbahçe increased the deficit in its favor going into final quarter (64-43). During the final period,  Şebnem Kimyacıoğlu, Kara Braxton and Stacey Lovelace produced some crucial baskets for the Black Eagle but their efforts were not sufficient to over take Fenerbahçe who recorded a 90-63 victory and won the cup.
