Visiting Beşiktaş Cola Turka Men’s Basketball Team lost 88-83 to Türk Telekomspor in the 23rd week of BEKO Basketball League. 

Beşiktaş Cola Turka Men’s Basketball made a fast entry into the game that was played at Ankara Atatürk Sports Saloon. Establishing a solid superiority under the rim, Black & Whites attained a 11-5 lead in the 3rd minute. However Türk Telecom responded with its baskets of own and jumped 21-18 in front at the end of the 8th minute. Nevertheless, thanks to the late baskets of Reese and Erkan, Beşiktaş managed to hold on to its lead and  completed the period with a four point advantage (27-23).     
In the second period, home side Turk Telecom looked much more effective than Beşiktaş and baskets by Dudley and Jagla brought the hosts on top once again after 13 minutes (32-29) into the game. Beşiktaş tried to stay close to its opponent with consecutive points scored by Harvey but Türk Telekom this time replied with Muratcan and Jagla. A late surge by our Black & Whites reduced the deficit in favor our side and a last second basket by Erdal Bibo put Beşiktaş 44-42 in front at the end of the first half. 
During the third period Türk Telekom again exerted its dominance in the game. While Dudley took control of the rebounds, Tutku started to increase the lead in favor of Telekom with high percentage outside shots. At one point Türk Telekom sustained a lead of nearly 17 points. The third period ended with 66-52 superiority of the home team.  
Taking advantage of Beşiktaş’s slow performance, Türk Telekom extended its lead in the final quarter thanks to the baskets of Tutku and Muratcan. Black & Whites made a last attempt to get back into the game but their effort was too late and too little. Ankara Representative eventually won the game with a score of 88-83.
