Our Football Team has defeated Vestel Manisaspor 4-0 in the first leg of the Fortis Turkish Cup Quarter Final. The game was played in BJK Inönü Stadium and appreciated by the fans to a great extend. Our goals were scored by Koray Avcı (4th min.), Bobo (24th and 49th min.) and Burak Yılmaz (61st min.).

Refereed by Cem Deda, the first leg took place in fairly cold weather and was supported by our fans that filled the stands throughout the 90 minutes. 
Making a super fast start into the game, Beşiktaş scored during its first attack. In the 4th minute, Nobre headed a long pass coming from defense to Koray Avcı who found himself in a face to face situation with the opponent’s goal keeper. Without ever hesitating Koray put Beşiktaş 1-0 in front. While Black&Whites were staging an effective performance, the visiting team tried to stop them with illegal and hard tackles especially in mid-field. As a result, Nobre sustained an injury in the 16th minute and had to be replaced by Burak Yılmaz. During the 24th minute, following a brilliant pass from Burak Yılmaz, Bobo made the score 2-0 for Beşiktaş with a perfect shot. In the remaining minutes Black&Whites took complete control of the game and created many scoring chances but could not add up the tally. Beşiktaş went to the locker room leading 2-0 at the end of the first half.
Our team started the second half again with an early goal. In the 49th minute Bobo directed Ali Tandoğan's cross into the Vestel Manispor's net for his second and Beşiktaş's third goal
(3-0). While Ricardinho hit the cross bar from a free-kick in the 56th minute, our fourth and final goal came 5 minutes later. Entering into the 18th yard line Bobo passed the ball to Burak Yılmaz who placed it into the corner of the net with the inside of his foot (4-0). Not giving away any scoring opportunity to its opponent Beşiktaş applied heavy pressure on the visiting team all over the field and maintained the control of the ball during the remaining time. While Ricardinho was taken out for Mehmet Sedef in the 81st minute, Bobo left the game under heavy applause for Gökhan Güleç one minute later. Our team posted a 4-0 victory over Vestel Manisaspor in the first leg of Fortis Turkish Cup.
