Our Men’s Volleyball Team lost 3-1 to visiting Tofaş in the 18th week of the league in game played in BJK Akatlar Sport and Culture Complex.

Making a fast entry into the game Tofaş led 8-4 at the end of first technical-time out. The well organized passing plays and points by Daniel and Chitigoi were not sufficient for our side and Black& Whites entered the second technical time out down by 16-12. Despite of individual efforts Beşiktaş could not display an effective performance and lost the first set to Bursa representative (25-22).  
Black&Whites dominated the second set from the start and took an 8-4 lead entering into the first set and this superiority continued at the end of the second technical time-out (16-11). From this point on Tofaş reduced the point gap to one point but thanks to the effective points by our Uğur and Mehmet Beşiktaş was able to win the set with a score of 25-21that tied the sets (1-1).
The visiting Tofaş took back the control of the game in the third set and led at the end of both technical time-outs (8-4),(16-13). At one time the effective services of Mehmet brought the score within one point but Black&Whites could not sustain a farther superiority and Tofaş won the set 25-23 making the sets 2-1 in favor of Bursa side.
The fourth set staged a closely fought game but Tofaş again led at the end of technical time-outs. Beşiktaş tried to balance the game but could not get organized. As a result, Tofaş won the set 25-21 which made the set scores 3-1 in favor of visiting team.
