Assuming the role of the new Assistant Coach, our old captain Tayfur Havutçu said he was excited and quite happy.

‘‘It sure is an exciting day for me. Now I came back to my club as a coach where I had left as a player. I am also quite happy that I am starting my coaching career at Beşiktaş. Our immediate goal would be to fight for Beşiktaş’s success together with our technical staff and players. I worked with Tigana last season and know him quite well. I believe that my past experience and togetherness with the club’s technical staff will help to improve our overall performance’’.
