After the 2-1 victory over Kayserispor our Technical Director Jean Tigana made these comments regarding the game:

‘‘I am quite happy that we won. It is always nice to win against a well organized team. This time it was different than last year. Last year we closed the first half with a loss to Trabzonspor. However, this year we have a well deserved win at the end of the first half of the season. Our team is performing well collectively and we are moving up. Now we are focused on UEFA and Turkish cups. It is very important to us that we succeed in getting into the next stage of European Cup. It is also nice to see that whoever is on the starting lineup,   tries to perform well.
