Our Football Team grabbed a valuable 2-1 victory over visiting Kayserispor in the 17th week of Turkcell Super League. Our goals were scored by Burak Yılmaz (55th min.) and Ali Tandoğan (90+2nd min.).

Kayserispor kicked off the game played in BJK İnönü Stadium and refereed by Barış Şimşek. Starting from the 5th minute of the game, Beşiktaş carried the game into the opposing side’s field and organized effective attacks from middle and both wings. Especially attacks of İbrahim Akın created some serious scoring chances in front of keeper Ivankov's goal. Kayserispor tried to respond with fast counterattacks. Although Beşiktaş’s performance looked superior compared to visiting side’s, our team was unable to score any goal and both teams went to locker room scoreless at the end of the first half  (0-0). 
Making a fast start into the second half Black&Whites finally gained the lead in the game. Chasing a magnificent pass from Ricardinho, Burak Yılmaz put Beşiktaş 1-0 in front with a hard strike inside the penalty box area at 55. Goal scorer Burak Yılmaz had to be substituted for Ali Tandoğan after receiving an injury in the 73rd minute. Later on Bobo (78th min) and Mehmet Sedef (84th min.) entered the game for Nobre and İbrahim Akın. During the 90+2nd  minute of the game Ali Tandoğan cleverly directed Bobo’s cross into Kayserispor net and made the score 2-0 in favor of Beşiktaş. The visiting team scored a last second goal at 90+4th minute by Mehmet Topuz that wrapped the final score at (2-1).
