Our Technical Director Jean Tigana made these comments after the 3-1 triumph over Bursaspor:

“We were not very effective in the first half. With the addition of Ricardinho, we looked much more active on the field and today Ricardinho made good things for us. In our previous games we were wasting our chances. Despite of getting scoring a lot of scoring opportunities, we were unable to make the necessary finishing touches. But today we didn’t waste our changes. At the first half we gave away too many balls, in the second half we showed a spirited collective reaction. I hope we will continue like this. Everybody has to be united on the pitch as a team. Despite of a satisfying win with 3 goals we lost some of our key players. Gökhan Zan had a serious shoulder injury. Delgado and Nobre also suffered injuries while İbrahim Akın received a red card. Our win was costly one'’.
