After trailing 1-0 at the end of the first half, our football team came back and defeated the visiting Bursaspor 3-1 in the 15th week of the Turkcell Super League. Our goals were scored by Ricardinho (47th min.), Delgado (54th min.) and Ali Tandoğan (88th min). İbrahim Akın was sent off after receiving two yellow cards in the 80th minute of the game.

Played in BJK İnönü stadium under perfect weather conditions that resembled past summer days the game was refereed by Tolga Özkalfa. With the continuous support of its fans  Beşiktaş kicked off the game.
The early part of the game did not stage a high tempo and displayed a typical mid-field struggle. After the 20th minute Black&Whites started to make its presence felt in front of opposing side’s goal and had two important scoring chances by İbrahim Akın and Delgado. However Sinan form Bursaspor took advantage of a costly defensive error by Beşiktaş defense made the score (1-10) in favor the visiting team in the 39th minute of the game. This was the final result of the first half.
At the start of the second half our technical Director Tigana substituted Ricardinho for Burak Yılmaz. The Brazilian’s addition brought liveliness to our forward line. In the 47th minute, Ricardinho controlled a clever pass from Kleberson at right side of 18 yard line and facing the goalie buried it into the net of Bursaspor with a perfect shot that leveled the score at (1-1). After the goal Beşiktaş pressurized the opposing defense in search of the second goal. As a result of this attacking football, Delgado converted a cross from the left wing coming to near post with a brilliant header that brought the score 2-1 in favor of Beşiktaş in the 54th minute of the game. Soon later Delgado got injured and unable to continue the game and he was replaced by Ali Tandoğan.
After the substitution, Beşiktaş raised the game’s tempo and put additional pressure on Bursaspor’s defense with attacks from both wings. Once in a while counterattacks of the visiting side were stopped by our goalie Runje right on time thanks to his critical saves that were appreciated by the spectators. İbrahim Akın was sent off in the 80th minute after receiving his second yellow card and our Black&Whites had to carry on with 10 men on the field. Baki Mercimek entered the game in 87th minute for Kleberson.
Finally, in 88th minute the star of the game Ricardinho took the center stage once again and made a superb pass to Ali Tandoğan inside Bursaspor’s penalty zone. After passing his opponent with a clever move Ali Tandoğan did not waste his opportunity and the sent the ball into the Bursaspor’s net for the 3rd Beşiktaş goal of the game, (3-1). Despite of Gökhan Zan’s shoulder injury that reduced the Black&Whites to 9 men in the 92nd minute, Beşiktaş wrapped up the game with a valuable 3-1 victory.
