Beşiktaş Cola Turka Women’s Basketball Team grabbed a 76-62 away victory over Migrosspor in the 4th week of the League.

Making a fast start into the game played at Caferağa Sports Saloon, Beşiktaş looked effective thanks to the baskets by Yasemin and Stacey. Performing well defensively that did not permit any easy basket by its opponent Black & White Ladies wrapped up the first period 30-15 in the lead.
Both teams displayed aggressive defense in the early minutes of the second period. Migrosspor produced extra points with Kübra and İzodor while showing an impressive defensive performance. Nevertheless Beşiktaş Cola Turka went to the locker room with a commanding lead of 45-29.
Migrosspor began the third period very fast. Black & Whites had difficulty bypassing their defensive zone and score baskets. As a result the point difference between two İstanbul teams was substantially reduced. At the end of the third period Beşiktaş Cola Turka was in front with a score of 57-46.
 Beşiktaş Cola Turka gained the control of the game in the last period and with the additional scoring of Esmeral and Sam did not allow Migrosspor to come close The effective defensive play of the Black & Whites did not give any easy scoring changes to their opponents. The final score was 76-62 in favor of Beşiktaş Cola Turka.
The top scorer of Beşiktaş Cola Turka was Stacey with 24 points. The other scorers were Yasemin (15), Tuğba (10), Esmeral (10), Sam (8), Şebnem (4), Esra (3) and Sariye (2).
