Dear Beşiktaş Fans,
In my speech of May 30, 2004 made at the Extraordinary General Meeting which you had honored me with the most prestigious assignment of my life, I had announced that one of the most important goals of my life was the realization of Fulya Project for our club.
 
Since that date, while stressing the significance of this project for the future of our Beşiktaş at every opportunity, we have been working day and night for the Fulya Süleyman Seba Project together with our friends from the Board of Directors.
As a result of this hard work, we finally obtained all the necessary building permits on October 11, 2006 and realized the most important step of our project. As we have promised to you, the BJK Fulya Süleyman Seba Project will be completed on time and Beşiktaş apart from the other teams will be the only Club with a fixed income.
While whishing good luck and sincere blessing for the project, I would like to acknowledge my deep gratitude to Hakkı Yeten, Mehmet Üstünkaya, as our diseased previous Presidents who had worked for Fulya during the 50 years of our club history, our honorary president Süleyman Seba and Serdar Bilgili together with hundreds of Beşiktaş supporters for their honest effort in the project. With this opportunity, I also would like to thank to the Head of Facilities Committee, İlhan Durusoy and his team who had contributed to the realization of Fulya project together with Beşiktaş Mayor, İsmail Ünal and Members of Beşiktaş Municipal Council for their support of the project.
Dear Beşiktaş Fans,
During the past month our Women’s Basketball Team defeated its traditional rival Fenerbahçe and won the President's Cup for the first time in our Club's history. I hereby congratulate Yahya Kemal Gençer, the Head of our Branch and all other participants in this valuable and historic success. 
With united support, patience and trust our Beşiktaş will reach to its objectives and our historical success will continue in all fields.
